Our Shipping Policies
General Shipping:
We charge a $5.99 flat rate for shipping however orders with a product total over $100 will ship for free. Orders will typically ship within 1-3 business days (M-F). All packages for continental U.S. addresses are shipped via USPS and transit times will vary depending on location. Orders going to Hawaii or Alaska are typically sent via Priority US Postal regardless of what shipping method is shown.
Shortly after an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the specifics of the order as well as a second email with tracking information once it ships.
International Shipping:
We do NOT ship internationally, and all orders must have both billing and shipping addresses located within the 50 United States (US) or the District of Columbia. While we proudly support servicemembers of the US military and believe that it is a great privilege to service their needs, we must fully comply with all US export control laws and regulations. If you would like to place a government order for any product(s) to be exported to an APO/FPO, please contact our Customer Service Representatives to discuss your options.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to their potential strategic value, export of certain products, related technical data, and services may be subject to US or other export licensing requirements. In addition, some U.S. jurisdictions restrict firearm magazine sales. The Bang Shop cannot process sales/shipments where prohibited by law. The Bang Shop LLC Return Policy
At The Bang Shop LLC, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product, and we aim to make the process as straightforward as possible. Below is our detailed return policy to ensure clarity and customer satisfaction:
Eligibility for Returns
Products must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Custom or personalized products.
Clearance or final sale items.
Products that have been used, modified, or damaged after delivery.
Firearms, ammunition, and FFL-related products (if applicable) once transferred to the customer.
Return Process
Initiate the Return: Contact our customer service team at info@thebangshop.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package: Ensure the item is securely packaged in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
Ship the Item: Ship the item to the return address provided by our customer service team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Exchanges may be processed if the desired item is in stock. If the item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective products or errors on our part.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@thebangshop.com. We will provide instructions for returning the item and ensure that a replacement is sent at no additional cost.
