All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel orders at our discretion.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. While we strive for accuracy, The Bang Shop is not responsible for typographical or pricing errors.

4. Orders, Shipping & Returns

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed in the order they are received. Certain items may require additional verification (e.g., FFL transfers).

  • Shipping: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delayed or undeliverable shipments due to customer error or carrier issues.

  • FFL Items: Firearm orders will only be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure their selected FFL is valid and to complete the transfer per ATF regulations.

  • Returns: Most non-firearm items may be returned within 30 days if unused and in original packaging. Firearms, ammunition, and clearance items are final sale unless defective. Please review our full return policy at https://thebangshop.com/shipping-and-returns/ (if available).

5. Payment

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as offered at checkout. All payments must be authorized and processed through secure, PCI-compliant third-party providers. We do not store full credit card data on our servers.
